As a movement practitioner and wanderer-at-heart with a never-ending passion for the curious nature of our inner and outer worlds, my practice philosophy is centred around learning to reconnect our divided hearts, minds and bodies, and most importantly, learning how to live from the heart.
By threading together the disciplines of Pilates, yoga, meditation and Reiki, I offer a holistic approach to wellness, meeting you with gentleness, compassion and a sincere wish to see you blossom into your most embodied and emboldened self.

Meditation bridges the gap between the visible around us, and the invisible world within. Through regular meditation, we become more resilient, aware, considerate and compassionate.
The process of healing is a rite of passage, designed by yourself as one of the greatest learnings you will ever encounter.
