MY APPROACH 

​

My approach to meditation is heart-centered and grounded in years of practice and training. I’ve completed the Angelic Presence Meditation Teachers Certificate, accredited by the Australian Holistic Healers & Counsellors Association, as well as the Level 1 Focusing Training Certificate with Biliana Dearly. Drawing on over 20 years of personal yoga and meditation practice, I craft guided meditations that are vibrantly illustrated with imagery, breathwork, and reflective prompts. With my guidance, you'll deepen your practice, fostering greater self-awareness and resilience while uncovering new perspectives on yourself and the world around you.

Whether you're seeking a meditation session for your next staff meeting, wellness day, or corporate retreat, I would love to work with your team. In-person sessions are available for those in Melbourne or the greater surrounds, with virtual options available for other locations.
