For those with a specific goal in mind - private, individualised training is available with me throughout the week, either in person at Noosa Flow or online via Zoom.
Specialising in Pilates, I offer private training (1:1, 2:1 and private groups) for mat, reformer and studio-based pilates, as well as barre, boxing and strength training.
I've worked with a broad range of clients over the years, including those returning from injury or with pre-existing limitations, pre- and post-natal clients, those with a fitness/wellbeing goal in mind, as well as athletes and dancers.
If you're new to Pilates and wish to join group classes but not sure where to start, I sincerely encourage you to start with a private session, so that we can introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates, and discuss how we can adapt the repertoire to meet your needs.
