  • We believe that confidence starts from within, so it's our mission to see all women feeling confident and in control through improved pelvic floor function and sensation.


    This 98-page ebook contains a pelvic floor support program divided into 4 progressive levels. The program is designed by a clinical Pilates teacher and personal trainer, and has been approved by GPs, physios and midwives. 


    It's easy to follow, time efficient and accessible to all levels. We'll be giving you the cues and tips to ensure you get the most out of every exercise.


    With your commitment to 3 short sessions a week, you can expect to feel greater pelvic floor connection and sensation within 8-12 weeks.


    These exercises are low-impact, can be done from home (even in your pyjamas!), and can also be done alongside your current training regime.


    We've included a pre- and post- program self-assessment to help you gauge your results and track your progress.


    The difference between our program and others is that we go beyond traditional Kegel exercises, offering a comprehensive and progressive program.
